Brain Unrot: Tech Wellbeing for Teens

Adolescents are among the most susceptible to technology dependence and the effects that they have on mental health. This workshop will guide attendees through our media wellbeing series. This pairs youth-facing/youth-created videos with activities that allow students to come to their own conclusions and promote real change.
