Once faced with low graduation rates and lagging student achievement, DeSoto Parish Schools now boasts a 99% graduation rate and is part of an ACT Work Ready Community. Participants will learn how DeSoto improved outcomes using teacher leaders to coach CTE teachers and introduce instructional best practices across content areas.
