This session will explore the experiences of neurodivergent educators in schools, providing attendees with the unqiue perspectives of this "hidden" population of educators. Attendees will learn how to best support neurodivergent educators, through actionable recommendations supported by research. These recommendations address culture, recruitment and retention, and professional learning.
