Meet RSC Educational Techniques Group and try some new activities

The Educational Techniques Group is one of the interest groups of the Royal Society of Chemistry. Teachers or technicians can be members of this group as part of RSC membership. This interest group had been dormant for a while but a new committee has been formed. We as a committee are aiming to make the activities of the group relevant and useful to educators. As part of this session we will be asking for feedback on the group’s proposal and ideas on future direction. The aims of this session are to introduce the audience to a range of curriculum linked alternative practical activities, giving some hands on activities and lots of ideas to take back to school. We aim to: To share RSC resources that can be used in the classroom. To promote the range of free webinars we are running. To inspire a new generations to design and develop inspiring educational material. @annajkirkham
