Math learning beyond AI: Peer review
Part of BETT UK 2026Presented by Sara Fernandes, Chief Revenue Officer - Wiris, Andrea Gonzalez, Assessment Product Manager - Wiris
Thursday 22 January 2026·2:50 pm
AI is transforming math education by accelerating content creation and offering instant, personalized feedback that supports both teachers and students. However, feedback is only effective when learners know how to interpret it, evaluate it, and put it into action. Peer review brings this balance, promoting reasoning, dialogue, and collaboration among learners. In this session, Sara and Andrea will share Wiris' vision in combining AI-driven feedback with peer interaction, empowering educators to design open-ended math tasks that boost engagement, critical thinking, and authentic learning outcomes.
