This session will provide a comprehensive overview of Dyslexia. We will help participants identify the key characteristics of Dyslexia and understand how Dyslexia may impact all areas of literacy; including difficulties with phonological awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. The session will introduce effective interventions and supports, such as a structured literacy approach and multisensory teaching methods. This session is designed for educators, parents, school administrators, and anyone interested in understanding Dyslexia and how to best support individuals with this learning difference.
