Packed with humor, interaction, and real tools, this session helps support inclusive practices with practical coaching strategies that can be used immediately.Participants will be able to: 1. Apply the PASS framework to effectively coach and provide feedback to co-teaching teams. 2. Identify and implement strategies from the Co-Teaching Core Competency Framework to guide team development. 3. Use interactive activities and digital resources shared in the session to build a culture of reflective practice among co-teachers. 4. Leave with handouts, digital access to resources (e.g., Padlet, coaching templates), and experience with facilitation strategies that support inclusive co-teaching.
