Identify and analyze implicit and explicit biases within their professional practices, instructional materials, and program policies related to advanced learners. 2. Apply specific, actionable strategies to disrupt inequitable patterns of student identification and service delivery in gifted and advanced academic programs. 3. Develop a preliminary action plan for fostering a more inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment that supports the diverse needs of high-ability students from all backgrounds.
