Thursday 12 March 2026·11:45 am

Teachers often face challenges delivering quality instruction, partly due to limited feedback from administrators. This session presents a professional development model and study results showing how training administrators to provide high-quality feedback positively impacts teacher performance. Findings highlight the value of targeted support for instructional improvement.Participants will be able to: 1. Understand the professional development framework designed to equip school leaders and teacher educators with strategies for delivering high-quality, meaningful feedback to teachers. 2. Access and use COACHED, an online tool available at no cost, which facilitates classroom observation and automatically generates effective feedback. 3. Access and use Content Acquisition Podcasts (CAPs), a publicly available PD resource that provides instruction and modeling on evidence-based instructional practices. Instructions for access and implementation will be provided.
