Exploring Shifts in Educational Leaders’ Learning Outcomes: Impact of the Enhanced Ci3T Professional Learning Series

We will present findings from an IES-funded study aimed at enhancing professional learning to support implementation of integrated tiered systems. Discover school-site leaders’ perspectives on usability, fidelity of implementation, and changes in knowledge and confidence after engaging in newly developed Ci3T Implementation Series and Delivery, featuring on-demand professional learning modules.Participants will be able to: 1. Describe a data-informed professional learning experience to support school-site leadership teams, faculty and staff, and families in implementing integrated tiered systems to meet students’ academic, behavioral, and social and emotional well-being needs. 2. Describe school-site leaders’ perspectives on usability and feasibility of professional learning experiences, engagement with professional learning opportunities, fidelity of implementation, and changes over time in knowledge, confidence, and perceived usefulness of Ci3T concepts and strategies. 3. Access free, on-demand professional learning resources to support implementation across the tiers.
