How Educators Can Support PK-12 Students Who Are Using Digital Math Tools in the Classroom

Using technology effectively is essential to student success in digital math learning. We will share research findings about digital math experiences for high school and college students who are blind or have low vision and provide ideas and resources educators can use when supporting students and collaborating with math teachers.Participants will be able to: 1. List five challenges students with disabilities experience when digital math learning tools are not accessible and usable. 2. Describe five strategies and/or resources educators can use when students with disabilities experience digital math learning tools that are not accessible and usable.
