Students with ESN have a right to an education that ensures success and inclusion within integrated environments. The presenters will support attendees to reflect on their practice, offer a framework for improving practice, and guide participants through self-assessment and the goal setting for taking that next step towards better programming.Participants will be able to: 1. Identify next steps to improving their practice towards ensuring inclusive outcomes for students with ESN. 2. Write measurable goals for improving their teaching practice. 3. Describe strategies for facilitating teacher implementation of program improvements.
