Classroom management and extracurricular participation are controllable variables with profound impact on student outcomes. The first two segments of this presentation provide explicit strategies to connect coaching and classroom management to student achievement. Following, data presented will detail how school-based extracurricular activity participation can unintentionally reinforce bullying among disabled students. Participants will be able to: 1. Walk away learning about new practices and researchers will walk away understanding what classroom management practices have practice-based evidence. 2. Leave this presentation able to implement evidence-based strategies for improving inclusivity and adult supervision within extracurricular settings to reduce bullying involvement for students with disabilities.
