Transition practitioners serving youth with disabilities in restrictive settings need to be creative in the assessment, planning, and provision of services. Discovering ME! for Court-Involved was developed specifically for youth with disabilities served in restrictive settings. Participants will gain resources and strategies to utilize person-centered planning with their students. Participants will be able to: 1. Identify challenges faced by educators and providers who serve students with disabilities in restrictive settings. 2. Understand the strategies used to revise and adapt a person-centered planning process for use in restrictive settings. 3. Access resources to implement this process in their own settings.
