Participants will be able to: 1. Recognize systemic inequities and civil rights challenges affecting students with disabilities across educational systems. 2. Analyze policies and practices, including IDEA, early warning systems, and family advocacy that promote equity and protect student rights. 3. Apply inclusive and culturally responsive strategies to strengthen educational and legal protections for marginalized students with disabilities.
