Leaders on a mission to move from compliance to authentic inclusion want to know what really matters when everything feels urgent and important. Attendees explore real-world case studies and practical tools to move beyond compliance, in order to create inclusive learning environments that benefit all students and transform whole schools. Participants will be able to: 1. Identify and describe the five core elements of the research-based special education THRIVE Framework. 2. Analyze case studies demonstrating successful implementation of THRIVE principles. 3. Explore practical tools and strategies to assess and enhance their own classrooms, schools, and districts. 4. Develop actionable plans to foster inclusive environments that promote success for students with and without disabilities.
