Are you finding it challenging to meet the diverse needs of your students? There’s a proven process that helps educators use data to design and deliver specially designed instruction (SDI). Experts and local practitioners will demonstrate how data-based individualization (DBI) can be used to implement SDI for students with disabilities.Participants will be able to: 1. Define the requirements for Specially designed instruction (SDI) under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and the five steps in the Data Based Individualization (DBI) process. 2. Explain how the DBI process can support educators in the design and delivery of SDI. 3. Access PROGRESS Center and NCII resources to support educator’s use of DBI to design and implement SDI.
