Reimagining Credit for Prior Learning: The LEAD 300 Redesign
This session showcases the University of Louisville’s comprehensive redesign of LEAD 300, the Credit for Prior Learning course in the B.S. in Organizational Leadership and Learning program. The redesign aligned curriculum with national standards and introduced innovative, student-centered pathways that help adult learners translate professional and military experience into academic credit. Presenters will discuss instructional design strategies, assessment practices, and lessons learned in developing a nationally informed, equity-focused model for prior learning.
