Morning Movement: Awakening AI Through Movement

"Ancestral Intelligence" is knowledge that remembers. It lives in the body and is awakened in relationship with one another and the land. One of the most powerful ways to access this kind of knowledge is through moving our bodies. I invite you to join me—a Native American educator and part of the Center for Love & Justice at HTH GSE —as we greet the morning and open our day of learning through movement. We will begin by grounding ourselves with breath and guided visualization, then travel together along the Spanish Landing path, walking or running beside the water. This is a shared journey. All paces and mobility levels are welcome, and no one will move alone. We will gather at the front of High Tech Elementary at 6:50 a.m. and return around 7:30 a.m.
