Social Media Safety Education: From Deepfakes and Sextortion to Hate and Cyberbullying

This session raises awareness of emerging social media-related risks (including, but not limited to, cyberbullying, sexting, sextortion, hate, trafficking, deepfake pornography, and AI social companions) and offers an evidence-based, comprehensive system of concrete strategies to help promote social media safety among youth, families, and school communities.
