Participants will explore how AI can serve as a support for SEL, helping students name emotions, navigate conflict, and reflect on identity. Participants will walk away with concrete strategies, free or low-barrier AI tools, and critical questions to help ensure technology uplifts rather than surveils, especially in diverse classrooms.
