The BRIDGE Framework: Strengthening Teacher Preparation through Structured Mentorship

The BRIDGE Framework connects university coursework to classroom practice through structured mentorship and evidence-based literacy practices. Participants will explore five components: shared vision, course alignment, relationship building, gradual release, and coaching with reflection. Attendees will leave with strategies to strengthen teacher preparation, mentoring, and connections between coursework and instruction.
