Designing Smarter Lessons in Canva: From Graphics to Code in the Modern Classroom (REPEAT)

This fast-paced, hands-on session is designed to show teachers a way to level up their Canva lessons using some of their recently incorporated features. Participants will learn more about Canva's purchase of the Affinity Graphics Suite and how to use it to create more custom classroom graphics, How to use new Ai tools in Canva such as Canva Code, and how to use the Canva Sheets tool to build a comprehensive lesson plan. Throughout the session, teachers will see practical examples of how these tools can streamline planning, improve visual clarity, and support student engagement across grade levels and a variety of subject areas.  The intent is for participants to walk away with a clear, repeatable workflow they can use and share with others on how to design stronger visuals, build interactive digital lessons, and save time on everyday classroom tasks. Weather you're creating posters, building modules, or organizing a full unit, these strategies are intended to build ready-to-use skills that can make your teaching more efficient, creative, and impactful.
