Screen Guardians is a research-based digital health and safety program built with experts in healthcare, brain health, digital safety, and law enforcement. The program teaches how screens affect learning, attention, emotions, and physical health while building the skills needed to stay safe online. Through practical lessons shaped by current brain science and real-world law-enforcement experience, The Screen Guardians Program prepares students to recognize the impact of excessive device use on well being in addition to cyberbullying, grooming, scams, and AI-driven deception. The program moves beyond basic digital citizenship by teaching digital wisdom—helping students, schools and families make healthy, safe, and intentional choices with technology at school and at home. In sum, we offer 3 valuable tools: # The Program # The Parent Companion # The Parent Portal
