Personalized Intervention Through IXL: Using Data-Driven Practice to Close Learning Gaps (REPEAT)

Part of MACE 2026
Thursday 5 March 2026·9:45 pm

This presentation will showcase how I use IXL as a tool for targeted intervention in Math to support students who need additional academic help. I will demonstrate how I analyze IXL’s diagnostic data to identify specific skill gaps, create individualized learning plans, and track student growth over time. Participants will see how I structure intervention sessions using IXL’s analytics, real-time feedback, and adaptive skill practice to reinforce classroom instruction. I’ll also share strategies for motivating students, setting measurable goals, and using progress reports to communicate growth with families and support staff. By the end of the session, attendees will understand how IXL can be integrated into intervention programs to make learning more personalized, data-driven, and effective for every student.
