Session Objectives: 1. Recognize the psychological and emotional roots of math anxiety and how they impact student engagement. 2. Understand how fear responses manifest in the math classroom and identify patterns of avoidance and shutdown. 3. Implement practical, CBT-informed strategies that reduce math anxiety and foster a safe, empowering learning environment.
