Sparking Engagement in your Div 2/3 Science Classroom with Free Energy Learning Resources PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED (Double Session)

Join Inside Education for a hands-on exploration of energy through the lenses of climate change, human impacts on our landscape, innovations, and Alberta's natural resources with our Energy Toolkit! Get ready to leave the session empowered and excited to confidently teach energy lessons in your classroom! This session will showcase the Energy Toolkit, full of engaging, ready-to-use activities that are designed to align with Division 2 and 3 curriculum outcomes. These hands-on activities will support your students with inquiry-based learning, foster critical thinking, and promote environmental stewardship. Along the way, we'll highlight Inside Education's free environmental and natural resource-focused programs - classroom programming, field trips, youth summits, learning resources, and teacher PD. We will be giving away an Energy Toolkit to all participants (maximum 1 toolkit per school). This resource is designed to help scaffold learning through the new Organized Ideas of the curriculum.
