Building a Secondary Coaching Infrastructure that Centers Disciplinary Literacy

This interactive session will describe our journey supporting secondary coaches and teacher leaders as they develop a deeper understanding of the Disciplinary Literacy Essentials in an effort to honor local stories, histories, and contexts. Participants in this session will learn about our core values, expert speakers, relevant readings, and place-based meeting structure so that coaches can support the implementation of an inquiry framework to engage adolescent learners.
