Co-create the Quiet Room: Interactive Construction Session with Rest Lab
Part of 2026 NAEA National Convention
Thursday 5 March 2026·6:00 pm
Join the co-creators of Rest Lab to construct the NAEA 2026 Convention’s Quiet Room! Attendees will build a blanket fort using blankets, soft surfaces, and typical conference room furniture. This hands-on session prioritizes quiet communication and will provide an overview of Rest Lab’s neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, creative approach used to create spaces for intentional resting. The Quiet Room is open and available to convention attendees throughout the duration of the convention. Outside of this session, self-guided prompts curated by Rest Lab exist in the Quiet Room to be engaged with on your own time.
