Decolonizing Art-Based Research: Unsettling a Land Grant University Through Critical Art Interventions

This presentation discusses a decolonizing art-based praxis to cultivate land and environmental justice. Graduate students’ artistic interventions aim to engage in the settler colonial critique of a land grant university’s narratives and promote Indigenous-centered place justice and environmental views for building the ethical relation with the land through shared responsibility.
