Including Students’ Diversity in the Elementary Art Classroom: Exploring Teacher Perspectives and Practice on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Instruction

This qualitative study, based on interviews with five elementary art teachers using the Enhanced Critical Incident Technique (ECIT), explores how instruction, policy, and environment influence ED&I integration. Findings highlight shared and unique experiences, revealing key supports and challenges in implementing inclusive art education.
