Queer Pedagogy and Identity in the Art Room

This research presentation explores how queer pedagogy was applied to a middle school art classroom to foster inclusivity and identity exploration. Drawing from qualitative data and lived experience, the session highlights how queer pedagogy can inform curriculum design that support all students, in turn developing authentic, socially aware art practices.
