The Archive and Sonic Revelations: Storytelling in Art Education

Learn innovative storytelling methods combining Black matriarchal photographic archives with sonic responses. Using frameworks from Tina Campt and bell hooks, participants will practice "listening to images" and creating multisensory art education experiences that honor Black voices and transform traditional pedagogical approaches through embodied, inclusive learning practices.
