CEDARS: Deep Roots, Strong Data
Part of NCED Connect Symposium 2026
Monday 9 February 2026·6:00 pm
The Importance of Data Quality This session highlights how data sources, like Infinite Campus/EDDIE/ECATS, feed and nourish the agency's longitudinal data warehouse (Common Education Data Analysis and Reporting System aka CEDARS). Clean data results in trustworthy data, ensuring that North Carolina meets its state and federal obligations while also providing accurate insights into student learning. In addition, join us for a discussion and demonstration of the CEDAR Data Warehouse Reporting System (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition aka OBIEE) and its possible uses for your PSU.
