Cybersecurity Incident Response Tabletop Exercises (TTX)

Bring your Incident Response Plan or come prepared to create one.  This interactive session will provide PSU technical and non-technical teams with essential tools and insights for enhancing their incident response strategies. We will begin with an overview of the PSU Incident Response Toolkit, highlighting its key components and how it can be effectively utilized in school settings. Participants will then engage in a detailed tabletop exercise designed to test all aspects of a PSU, allowing them to simulate real-world scenarios and evaluate their response protocols in a controlled environment.  The session will conclude with a dedicated Q&A segment, where attendees can seek clarification on best practices and collaboratively identify gaps in their existing incident response plans. This is a unique opportunity for PSUs to strengthen their preparedness and ensure a safer educational environment.
