Leading the Shift: AI Progress Over Perfection
Part of NCED Connect Symposium 2026
Tuesday 10 February 2026·3:00 pm
A districtwide vision and implementation for AI sounds ideal, but achieving it is seldom a straightforward process. Some schools are eager to dive in, while others aren't quite ready. In this session, we'll explore how to keep momentum alive even when setbacks or reluctance slow down districtwide plans. Using real examples from our district, we'll look at how early adopters can lead the way by piloting, modeling, and showcasing AI's impact. This session reframes setbacks as stepping stones, showing how every small win with AI brings the district closer to future readiness.
