Messenger End User

This session will provide attendees with a comprehensive walkthrough of the functionalities within Messenger 2.0: Sending a General/Priority Message, sending an Emergency Message, saving messages as templates, scheduling future messages, etc. We will also briefly review the Sent Message Log & Recipient Log.
