Starting Small, Thinking Big: A Design Thinking Approach to School-Based Support

This session will share the early stages of a school-based pilot project aimed at improving communication between educators and support staff to better address student learning needs. Using the design thinking framework, the project seeks to build a scalable system that honors teacher expertise, fosters collaboration, and collects actionable data to inform instructional decisions. Attendees will gain insight from our process and leave with ideas they can adapt to begin similar work in their own schools.
