A Day in the Life of an Instructional Leader (here's what it should look like)

Instructional leadership means so many different things to so many different principals and assistant principals. It all boils down to philosophy, perspective, understanding and urgency. In this highly engaging workshop or keynote address, Principal Kafele will lead a discussion on "a day in the life of an instructional leader" with a focus on what instructional leadership is and what it looks like when implemented effectively. All aspects of instructional leadership will be discussed.
