Hacking the Motivation Equation
Tuesday 24 March 2026·1:30 pm
Are students really lazy and unmotivated? When teachers resist implementation of a new initiative, what are they saying? When people aren’t doing what we want them to, we tend to see them as lazy, unmotivated, or “not a team player.” But resistance is only feedback that tells us the motivation equation is out of balance. In this session we will explore the motivation equation. Participants will develop clear strategies and techniques for supporting, inspiring, and empowering teachers, students, and families.
