Photo Essays

This session will explore theories and practices related to the inherently multimodal arrangements of photo essays. After discussing the photo essay as a unique narrative/literary form, bridging literature and visual art, participants will be invited to create their own photo essays. A printer will be on site to facilitate such creations; alternatively, participants are invited to bring their own laptops.
