The Power of Articulating Your Effectiveness

This session will emphasize the importance of identifying what an effective teacher/leader looks like in Nebraska schools. Participants will be introduced to the Nebraska Teacher and Principal Performance Standards (NTPPS) and the resources aligned to the NTPPS. Participants will engage in an activity to learn how to articulate their own effectiveness in building inclusive learning environments and how this articulation will enable them to grow as an educator.
