AI and the Future of Academic Honesty

As AI tools get more advanced, teachers and school leaders face some big choices. This session dives into the real challenges and opportunities AI brings to academic honesty. We’ll look at practical ways to adjust assignments and syllabi, create open conversations about using AI responsibly, and how students can use AI applications to support their learning. The goal is to share simple, useful ideas for updating curriculum and policies so that honesty in school not only holds up, but actually grows stronger in the age of AI.
