Coaching Without a Playbook: How to Thrive as a Tech Coach in Any School Structure

Not all districts have robust edtech coaching models—and even when coaches exist, they’re often understaffed, overextended, or underdefined. In this presentation, two coaches with diverse district experiences share concrete, replicable strategies for increasing visibility, building trust, generating teacher buy-in, and delivering meaningful instructional support. Participants will leave with practical ideas for strengthening coaching work, whether they are part of a large team, a department of one, or serving in the role unofficially.
