We’ll finalize guardrails, then build three ready-to-use workflows; observations/feedback, PLC agendas, and family/staff communications using ChatGPT Plus. Leave with a prompt toolkit and a 6-week rollout plan with roles, checkpoints, and success metrics aligned to district priorities.
