Tech or No Tech, What Every Teacher Should Know About the Brain and How We Learn.

I have learned more about teaching/learning in the past 2 years than in the 28 before that. The past 20 years have been filled with incredible amounts of cognitive science - and teaching techniques based on that evidence. I am going to share what I have learned and if you are new to this, I assure you that it will directly impact your classroom. (By the way, because so much of this was new to me, I explain these concepts in a VERY practical level.) If you are already well versed in cognitive science, then this session might be too redundant for you.
