Counter-Insurgency: Reality from the Front Lines

Would you like to know what war is really like? This raw session will provide you with real and lived experiences from on the ground in Afghanistan. Although my main role was in an operations centre, this session will focus on the foot patrols and vehicle convoys that I volunteered to take part in and lead. It will also include some other events that happened to soldiers of my battalion. Think privately-owned helicopter gunships, backpacks full of cash for warlords, and fistfights with doctors.
