This presentation looks at our role as math instructors, especially reflecting on our mindset as we work with students to develop their math understanding. Mindset, teaching strategies, the importance of clarity (our own, and our students'), etc, are critical in helping our students understand more fully. Participants must be able to share their own personal experiences and ideas in breakout groups and reflect on their own practice as they proceed through thesession.
