Administrators, You are NOT in this Alone!
Part of 77th Annual SECA Conference
Saturday 24 January 2026·3:15 pm
Being a director or administrator of a program can often feel like an isolated position. There are roles and responsibilities that we feel are ours alone to bear. The goal of this session is to instill a sense of belonging and connection and to leave knowing that we are NOT alone in our work. There are others who understand, we can share and rely on colleagues, and the storms we endure actually do serve to make us stronger, better leaders.
