Emotion Monsters: Teaching Regulation Skills

In this dynamic and interactive training session, participants will explore a comprehensive approach to helping children gain self-control by developing essential self-regulation skills. The training will focus on key components such as sensory regulation, co-regulation, the validation of emotions, recognizing and utilizing teachable moments, and fostering independent self-regulation. Educators will gain practical, evidence-informed strategies to apply within their classrooms and daily interactions, empowering both themselves and their students to navigate emotional challenges with empathy, structure, and resilience.
